AAE Max Hunter Fletching Jig Help?

    Need some fletching jig advice.

Switching over to either the AAE Max Hunter or the Pro Max. Arrows are the Easton Carbon Injexion 330.

Pros: I'm seeing much better accuracy than my blazers and broad head stabilization.

Cons: They are not as easy to fletch compared to the 2" Blazers, specially the Max Hunters.

Using a Arizona EZ fletch mini since I have to have Helical. It's ok but it's not fully allowing the vane to sit tightly to the arrow shaft when fletching. Any ideas on jigs they have used on the AAE vanes? Also what kind of glue works best for the AAE Vanes? Was using the loctite control gel, worked great for Blazers, horrible on the Max Hunters.

Bitzenburger is all I have used in 25 years and fully adjustable for proper contact and helical, as far as glue for them they do make there own glue and shaft cleaner which is suggested. Last year I also had issues with vanes coming off the shaft and talking to the them about it was told that the vanes already have a surface primer on them and not to wipe them down with anything prior to installing, they make a good shaft cleaner that is similar to comet/ajax but with less chemicals and leaves no residue. The cleaner and glue fixed the problem and is fairly cheap to purchace. When I talked to them they actually sent met some of the cleaner and replacement vanes for free.
Read the instructions on the back of the fletching pack, I believe they say you can use Ajax too but do not wipe down vanes, acetone would damage your wraps.
Other vanes and shafts I always use 100% acetone with no problems.

I use the Max Bond glue from them. It works awesome with the AAE Pro Max vanes. Bitzenburger jig all day. I've used others in the past and finally got tired of there inconsistency and got a bitzenburger. With the max bond glue I can fletch an arrow in less than 3 minutes. That's pretty good considering one vane at a time. Every arrow is the same.
