I have a QAD ultra rest pro series. I have recently had a few problems that I belive are fault of my rest. I shoot my bow about 3 times a week and about 20-30 shots per session so I stay in good shooting shape. I also hunt year round. I bought this rest when I bought my new bow in January. It's a Mathews creed XS. Three different times now I have pulled my bow out of the case to shoot it and I was off by a long shot. First time I was 4 inches high. Second time I was about three inches to the right. And this last time I was 1 foot to the right. Yes I typed that correct 1 foot to the right!!! I was on an axis hunt when I found this. I moved my sights again and continued my hunt. Took the bow in to the shop and my bowtech said my rest moved 1/8 inch toward my riser. He said he didn't know why all the screws were snug. So I'm not sure what to do. It's not a cheapy rest. The **** thing was over $100. So I've been looking at whisker biscuits. What are yalls thoughts.

In my opinion, it's important to be confident in your equipment. If you think your rest is going to be off every time you shoot, fix it or switch it. Whiscker biscuits are excellent rests for hunting, and the speed loss is minimal. That being said I like my QAD pro and haven't had problems with it until I started jacking with it recently.

One thing that can help with this problem, is to take a pencil and mark the alignment lines on your rest after you have the rest setup the way you want. After doing this, one quick glance can tell you if everything is still setup correctly or not.
As mentioned before, anything with a screw can become "unscrewed". This will work with your sight as well.

I think we got I figured out. I took it back into local archery shop. My arrow fletching was hitting my rest The bowtech adjusted the rest and I fired a few down range and everything looked good. Before I did notice every once and a while my arrow would dance a little in flight. I guess that was the issue. We shall see. But for what it's worth, it speaks volumes for the accuracy of slick trick mags. They still flew like darts out to 40 yards with arrow interference.
