I feel your pain brother! I've tried all the sharpeners and tools..from a work sharp to a leather strop. It takes a while to get em where you like. Now I just buy new heads. LoL

I shoot German Kinetics which require a 20 degree angle to re-sharpen. I was using my Warthog at 20 degrees but now I use a paper wheel on my grinder and buff the edges to razor sharp.

Lansky--first spend time putting the 15 degree edge on, then move to finer stone at 20-degrees. Takes way less time and touch-up is just a matter of using the fine stone at 20-deg again.

My work sharp does wonders. Took awhile to get the hang but it's quick and easy now

                          Montec G5 + diamond stone = cake.
They're designed to be sharpened easily and for that reason mine are always razors.

That works great for an expert or the sharpening challenged. I've been using for years. And most broadhead sharpness out of the package sucks these days anyway. That will fix it. And no need to waste money on new ones.
