    New ACComplice arrows

I don't think I posted about this, but I have been shooting these ACComplice arrows for almost 6 months. It has made a huge difference on how my bow shoots and my arrows impact. They have a much more stiff spine, super lite carbon aluminum composite shaft with blazers.

I was shooting those cheaper xt hunter arrows and made the switch...these are running about $90/half dozen at cabelas, but they have eliminated so many problems. I've got better more consistent groups. My broad heads are flying great. I have been able to easily extend my range for target shooting.

I didn't even think about it until the tech had this conversation with me about the shooting issues I was talking about.

This is more of a review than anything, but they have been great. Try them if you need a change.

Spine is spine on most arrows no matter the brand. Are you sure the XT Hunters were spine matched for your set up and were the XT's the same spine as the ACC's? I shot ACC's for many years and the XT Hunters I shoot now shoot and tune as well as my ACC's did. Glad you got your arrows to shoot well. Goes a long way in your confidence.

I honestly can't say if the XT's were appropriately spined, but I do know these ACC's are a lot more stiff. I can't bend them like the XT's.

I would not try to "bend" the ACC's too much. With the internal aluminum core, they will keep a hard bend and not flex back like an all carbon shaft. Do flex any and all carbon or carbon/aluminum shafts to make sure they are still good and not cracked along the shaft somewhere. Also, if you shoot groups and one ACC hits another, you may just "dent" the other haft, check for that also.

The numbers on the shaft usually tell you the spine of an arrow. With the XT's they come with 35/55, 55/75 and 75/95 ratings. The ACC's are 3/28, 3/49, 3/60 and 3/71. All of these going from weaker to stiffer spine.

I think my xt's were 55/75, and thinking back, according to the chart on the box, they should have been correct for my bow set up. Not sure the etiology of why the switch has made such a huge difference but it has.

My little cousin texted me and said he almost made a robin hood. I told him it's an expensive feat. After making a few myself, I don't shoot more than one arrow per bulls eye on my block target. I don't want to hit other arrows already down range.

The ACComplish and ACC Pro Hunting arrows are awesome. They've been around forever listed as just ACC Superlight and have won many tournaments over the years and killed many animals. Many people overlook them for hunting cause they are pricey, considered competition arrows, and can still bend unlike carbon. Also when FMJ came out the ACC weren't in conversation then as hunting arrows. Easton just started marketing ACC Pro Hunting arrows as hunting arrows whereas in past they're usually special order request. If you don't mind bending an arrow every now then these are great arrows to go with. I've got the 340 Pro Hunting arrows right now setup with 4 fletch AAE, 50gr. Brass inserts, and 100gr tips weighing total of 475grs. They shoot fantastic as always.

I agree. Still think they are the best shaft on the market today.
