Hamskea versa rest?!?

A buddy is selling me a almost new hamskea versa rest for $100...I know they're expensive rest and that's why most people won't buy them but I've never read a bad review but then again I haven't read a lot of reviews on them either...can anyone give me more input, pros/cons, quietness, and performance

They are awesome rests, probably the best limb driven design out there. You don't see a lot of them around but guys that really know their archery equipment love them.

It is the best rest made as of right now. As the name suggests it is extremely versatile. I travel the country shooting 3D and some NFAA events and I WILL NOT shoot any other rest. It is extremely consistent as well as built tough. The simple fact that you can shoot it as a lizard tongue drop away for competition and turn right around and put a whale tail on it for hunting is unmatched.

This is obviously just my two cents but I put thousands of arrows through a bow a month I have never had one fail. I have two of them and if you aren't going to buy the one your looking at please let me know the gentleman's contact info and I will get it.

Rick at West Houston Archery shoots one on his Hoyt target bow. The guy is a pretty good tech and would be probably more than happy to talk to you about it if you give him a call.
