FOC increase

Bow shop called me a few minutes ago.
They got my 300 spine Gold Tips in.
Brian wanted to know how long my arrows was, he wants to play ;-)

I didn't shoot last weekend. Trying to give my brain a chance to chill.
I'm excited to see what they are.
Probably won't shoot this weekend either. Taking a class to get a license :-)

Stopped by the bow shop.
They built one arrow.
486 grains and 16% FOC....
They're 36 grains heavier for 1% increase.
It's a 9.3 gpi shaft.

Not entirely. I was hoping its come in at more than 16.
But I do understand that it's hard to get FOC on a 29.5" arrow...

16% sounds good. Not as good as my 26%. Don't you wish you where short just like me Hehehe

Push, I just built a dozen for fellow TBH'er raider19. He's a long draw guy @ 30.5" and the build ended up @ 507 with 16.3%. the arrows finished @ 30.5" in a 250 spine.

Sounds like they'll be a pretty good setup. What shafts was that with?

Anyone want a left hand Hoyt Faktor? picked one up in trade but it won't stretch long enough for these monkey arms!

Thought I'd give you guys some EFOC on this brisk Texas morning. Dropping these off this afternoon to TBH'r mmlreiner. These arrows ended up at 374 grains with the FOC sliding in right at 19%. You can do some really amazing things with women's arrows!

What makes it different for a women's arrows. I already know. I just want to see if your going to be nice or not

FOC increase

I'm always nice! It's really a combination of shorter arrow lengths and less draw weight. These are 400's; none of us FOC guys could even think of really shooting 340/350 shafts with what we build, much less a 400. BUT, you can take a 400 that in most cases can be a little stiff for a woman (mostly) whack it down and load it up and get some awesome specs.!

Have tried the spine on a bolt yet? lol!
