    Hoyt draw weight

Does anyone know what the pounds per turn is on a 2013 Hoyt Spyder Turbo. Im getting mixed information. I was wanting to turn my bow down some. I originally had the bow set up at the local pro-shop and asked them to set it at 65 lbs. I shot it for a while and decided to turn it up. It was backed off 5 turns. This weekend i cranked it all the way up and was only pulling at 68 lbs. 5 full turns doesnt seem to equal 3 lbs in my mind. Any thoughts?

I'm curious too, I have a Hoyt Ignite and had it set around 55 when I bought it, I went up 3 full turns and had it checked and it was right around 60.

      Normally about 2-2.5lbs per turn

Hoyt recommends no more than 8 turns out on any bow. From their manual on my Charger and their website.

So if it is a 60-70lb bow and your backed out 5 turns should be about 64 to 64.5lbs.

3 1/4 turns on my 70 lbs Charger is down to 60 lbs but I'm at 27" draw... not sure that matters though.
