If you're planning on hunting I'd say your most important things are a decent sight, decent rest, good arrows and awesome broadheads. Some guys will disagree with this but I've learned that I'm just as good with a mid grade $30 release as I am some high dollar one. The release has never been an issue for me. Your quiver can be as crappy as you can find as long as it fits your bow and your arrows. For me, stabilizer has never been something I have to have. I like mine for the look of it. Also, on a budget, a lower grade peep will also be a place to save some $.
Get a used bow, because these things depreciate as fast as cars. Go for the top of the line from one or two yrs ago. Scott has great mid price releases with wonderful triggers. I'd spend the money on a limbdriver pro v rest or another top of the line drop away. I would also really look into a good single pin slider. HHA, sport Hogg, MBG, and Trophy ridge all make great single pin sights. I'd recommend a TR react one, because it made me a better archer in a very short time. I don't put much stock into stabilizers, I just got one that works with my bow. If you use a wrist strap, I've sent you a PM. Also, even if you can't tie them in yourself, get cat whiskers installed on your bow and thank me later.
