    Easton slip on wraps

Has anyone had trouble getting their fletches to stick to these? I have tonight an I just did some arrows without an they were good so it's not the glue. Do I need to rough the wraps up or any suggestions?

wish i could help. i bought some bloodlines 2 years ago that had the pre-installed wraps on them, and i had issues with vanes not sticking to them.

not sure if it's the same issue ? sorry

I had trouble with these the first time I messed with those Easton wraps. Here is what I did:
Get a very fine sandpaper and sand where the fletchings will sit( basically removing clear coat) then clean with acetone.
Use a good glue and you will be set! I love to use the gorilla super glue from HD. It's the impact tough kind that is means for plastic.

I tested several glues and they all failed the test to my standards, this one passed with flying colors!! ^^^

When I re fletch bloodlines, I cut the wrap off, then clean with denatured alcohol. Apply the fletching to the carbon.
