Budget Bow Stabilizer; NAP 8" Apache, Trophy Ridge Static, or ???

    Hello All,

I'm looking to replace an old stabilizer with something new. My hope is to find a stabilizer that actually helps stabilize (my current one doesn't really). I'd also like it to help with some of the vibration/noise my Hoyt Vtec has. Both the NAP 8" Apache and the Trophy Ridge Static have good reviews, but I'd love to hear your thoughts. (Cost needs to be kept low as well.)

    Thanks!

Just swapped my 8" NAP Apache with an 8" Bee Stinger Extreme Hunter, I needed little more weight up front. The NAP will definitley reduce any noise, personally it works fine.

I like the static for the money but you can find super deals on Archery Talk or sometimes on here for a B Stinger I paid 50 TYD for a 12" bar and 10oz weight. Just food for thought!

I love my apex. It has a bracket you screw into the riser and the stab itself just twist locks into it. I like beig able to take it off so I can have a longer stab without the hassle of unscrewing it every time it goes in the case.

Have a static on my Chill R and have been pleased with it for the price.

Had an 8 in Apache. Its not bad, but it doesnt get the weight out on the end very well.

Just switched to a Trinity Archery T3. Not much more in price, and it made a big difference.
