Well I replaced the cables as well, (all or nothing right ) so I will get to the city this week and have them check everything out. To me the most likely culprit is the d-loop. It just doesn't feel quite right when I draw it back. Hopefully a trip can make it all right now. Thanks for the input all.

And to postman, the draw length on my bow at least is set my putting a different module on the cams, however new strings could have stretched slightly allowing the draw length to be slightly longer then normal.

Korbin's strings don't stretch a lot, at least that has been my exp with the 8190/8190 and 452x/8190 sets he has built for me in the past. I have a new bcy-x set for my switchback but i'm still shooting the 8190 on it. both sets "shot in" in less than 30 arrows. timing was fairly close with having to throw a half twist to get back to my initial starting rotation with a 1/2-1 twist in the string for the peep. after that, a couple of thousand arrows later the bow still hasn't moved nor have I had a reason to press it.

I will say they did seem slightly long, or at least the cable on the switchback set as I had to put several twists in the cable to set the proper starting rotation. this however was not the case with the dual cam set he built for my sx-rush. those were on the money and required little or no adjustment to get the cam(s) ball parked for tuning.

don't get me wrong I love his product and his service is awesome, the point is you just cant throw them on and roll out.

i'd say Korbin strings stretch almost zero . . . check your ata and don't be surprised if the installer didn't put enough twist in the string at installation.

couple of easy quick tests I'd bottom the limbs and see if I was getting a draw weight in spec and also measure the ata.

the answer is your DL has changed and it doesn't take much.

Thanks all, I'm taking my bow to the shop this afternoon and should be getting it tomorrow. I'm sure they will get everything straightened out, and I will have them check all of the things listed above.

Like Bill said, the loop doesn't change your draw length, it changes your anchor point.
