    Bee Stinger Stabilizers..

Anybody use these stabilizers for hunting set ups. If so please post pics along with reason and info. I'm considering going with the new Sport Hunter Xtreme.

I've got the 10" sport hunter xtreme, I really like it. Balances great and kills the vibe, the bow barely moves at the shot. I can get close ups when I get home in about an hour. It's a good looking stab too with adjustable weights you can screw on at the end.

I just got the bow but this is a 100% hunting setup, I don't do 3D (yet). The only thing I'm apprehensive about is it sticking out so far when I'm hunting out of a pop up. Maybe I'll test it out next month on a turkey.

As you can see, it's a solid rod with a black paper wrap that glues around it. It has a Limbsaver end on it with adjustable weights on the end. You can add more or less weight for the desired hold. IMO the black looks the best....for some reason they can't get the camo ones to match the correct shading and, IMO, they look cheap, almost faded in person.

Have you looked at Stokerized? I just got one last week for my hunting set up. Very similar to the B-Stinger. Very solid stab.

I tried one. As far as balance, it was equal to the B-Stinger. As far as vibration dampening....the BS makes the shot feel like a very dull "bump". The Stoekerized makes the vibe feel like a longer "Zzzzzzzz..." At least that's the way it felt to me. They both killed vibration, they just kill it with a different feel.

I have a SS1 that I used on my Hoyt's. I used to off set the tight spot and it did a great job. But with my Elite Energy 32 the tight spot fits so close it doesn't need a off set stabilizer. I'm looking for something to kill vibration and help over all balance out in front. Thanks

i have all the stabilizers that are on this thread.

two ss-1's both sold within a month
multiple stokers I like them a lot but not nearly as much as the bstingers. I really like the smaller weights vs the old ones that were huge. Bstinger suits me and my bows much better.

I find neither has vibration dampening abilities and i don't require it from either. I want a light bar and the ability to put weight forward at shot. I expect my bows with the proper arrow to be void of most feedback.

How long is the 10" with weights? Under 12 so it's legal for 3d Hunter classes?

I've been reading a lot on front and side combinations. I would really like to try some different lengths and weights as far as for hunting lengths. It would be nice if a place carried them so I could try them before buying.

I love my bee stingers on my hunting and target bows. On my hunting bow I run a 10" with 8oz and a side bar with 6.
