Ballistic tests (broadheads)

Ok but what about side by side comparisons in the same piece of gel? You know like when they stack like 6 arrows into one block. Can one batch of ballistic gel vary in density, depending on the spot?

Don't use the ballistics gel for a "this is what happens to an animal" statement. Use it for a "this is how the broadhead should open up" or a " this is a wound channel" statement.

Ragin just likes to hate you can get an idea of cutting diameter with gel at least the reason a field tip is gonna out penetrate a Broadhead is less drag your gonna get more penetration out of a full metal jacket bullet than a hollow point defense round but the would channels are night and day

No bone is exactly the same either so ballistic testing is the most accurate. You make all the gel at the same time so it is from the same batch. Qad exodus is where it's at
