I bought my daughter a Diamond Infinite Edge for Christmas. Ordered it off of their web site when they had the $100 gift card promotion. We need to get the peep installed and the bow generally set up for her. Pick up some arrows and a new sight too. The phone rep at corporate told me we could take it to any Cabelas store with proof of purchase and they would set it up.
I tried calling but the archery dept. never seems to answer the phone. I'm wondering how short handed they are and if they will even take the time to help us. Maybe its the holiday crush.
What has been your experience? Is their service dept. any good? Are they ordinarily pretty responsive?
