HHA Single Pin

I have a HHA Single Pin sight on my bow and I'm trying to put my Octane one piece quiver on my bow. I lost the spacers and long bolts that are needed for between the quiver mount and the sight so the single pin sight can still be adjusted.

I went up to West Houston and Glen said I need to find a HHA dealer that will carry the spacers/bolts. After looking on their website it doesn't look like there is a HHA dealer in the Houston area.

Any suggestions where I can pick these spacers/bolts up?

Cut 2 pieces of an arrow about 1" long. Get 2 screws 1.5" long, long enough to go through the quiver bracket, spacer and thread into the sight bracket
