how do you know they aren't opening?
Have you had a chance to look at the inside the Animal at the entrance and exit wounds?
I'm new to bow hunting. I too shoot Grim Reapers. My hunting highly recommended them. I like them because I don't have to carry O-rings or rubber bands with me.

They shoot thru hogs but when they open some or at least one blade is open. In my experience anyway. I might have got a lemon pack....

I have actually left the broken arrow in when I field dressed my last disappointment . Sure enough still closed up. Last 4 out of 6 were just bullet wholes . You can tell shed they do open.
I would suggest giving NAP spitfires a try I shot the 1 3/4" maxxs last year and took a buck and a doe with no questions whether the opened because those suckers left a huge blood trail!!
