    Good bow for my son

I'm looking for a good bow for my son. Any ideas? He's not real strong yet (8 years old) we got a cheap one now but if he does chores etc he will get a new one soon.

The Diamond infinite edge would be a good bow for him.

    Brace Height: 7"
    Draw Length Range: 13" – 30"
    Draw Weight: 5–70 lbs.
    Speed: 308 fps
Kinetic Energy: 74.7 ft. per lbs.
    Axle to Axle: 31"
    Effective Let-Off: 75%
    Mass Weight: 3.1 lbs.

the mission bows are also amazing. I have one set to 28 inch draw and 63 pounds. ive shot beside an 8 year old shooting the same model. but his was 22 inches 27 pounds. and they are not very costly, which is a plus for me

Infinite Edge is a good bow. My 10 year old just upgraded from a Diamond Nuclear Ice to a Hoyt Ruckus. Believe they are priced about same as Infinite Edge. Very impressed with this bow so far.

The only down fall to me with the missions are the wide grip because kids just starting dont realize when their torquing, also the back wall is pretty spongy. I've seen kids time and time again when their aiming you can see their arrow moving back and forth on the rest because they don't know to stop pulling when they hit the wall. JMO

I bought my son a craze. He loves it. But if I had it to do over again I might go with the infinite edge. A little cheaper. But these two are the front runners IMO. The other mentioned are limited in draw length and weight. He will advance pretty quickly and then you have to either buy a new bow or new limbs.

My 7 year old shoots a Hoyt Ruckus. It is light weight and very adjustable. He is pulling just over 20 lbs right now, but started at around 15. The cam is adjustable so it will grow with him as well.

I have a diamond razor edge I will sell you... Great bow I bought for my girlfriend, then my little brother had it, the girlfriend didn't enjoy archery and my brother got a new bow, so it is relatively unused. Pm me if interested

My 7 yr old shoots a diamond atomic. It's a decent little bow.
