    Athens?

Starting to look at new bows. I shoot a Martin that was my starter bow. Looking at them all. I want a smooth draw, great back wall, yadda, yadda. Saw a post head about Athens and realized they aren't on my list. Bows I'm looking at are Elite answer, obsession sniper lt, strother wrath, Mathews zxt, and any others I can get my hands on. I'm not a speed freak, 330 or so ibo works for me. What Athens bow do you think fits this range? Looked at the website but hard to tell just from specs. Athens shooters let me hear ya

I don't think my accomplice has iBO speeds that fast, but smooth draw, solid back wall it does have. It is the fastest bow I have ever owned.
I bet the recluse probably gets close to that 330.

I'd recommend you shoot the elite answer. Athens makes good bows too.

I shoot the Ibex and love it. Athens makes great bows and the customer service is outstanding.

I have an Elite Answer and its a great shooter but don't overlook the Elite Pulse. Super smooth draw and doesn't shoot like a 6" BH bow. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Ive got the Strother Valor, thanks to Sambo73, it's a 60# bow snoots a 417 grain arrow 263fps. Which according to Eastons ke calculator gives 64.5 lbs ke. Which they say is enough for all North American Game. With Texas being my primary area I think I'm good.I Dont see the need for me to owna 330+ fps ow.
This is my first bow. I'd only shot one once prior to this. Which I dropped coincidentally it happened to be an Athens Accomplice. Sambo73 was there.

The deal I got was awesome. I spent less than $500 on the whole setup!
