After looking on here for any other threads about the Block black target, I haven't found any results. I'm in need of a new target( my layered block is worn out). I looked at the 18-1's and liked the material but not the shape(I know about the different shapes). But the Block Black seems to be similar composition. With the 4 different shooting sides also seems to be a plus along with the self healing foam. This target would be only a field point target. What's the Green Screen say about this?

I know you're asking about a block target but I would seriously consider a Rinehart rhinoblock. Its seriously the best target I've ever owned. Mine has hundreds of shots in it and still looks new. You can shoot it on all 6 sides. 4 have target dots and 2 deer vital sites. Mine is the one with the changable broadhead insert. Arrow removal is awesome. It WILL outlast any block target. Just throwing it out tjere for you bro.

I have one it is a pretty good target a little harder to pull the arrow out than the layered. after about a year the foam started to fall off I bought a layered block at Walmart can't remember the brand now and it has lasted a year now with no real problems as of yet. Hope they have them again around archery season it was pretty cheap

IMO - The Rinehart targets are far superior.
They are available in several different shapes than the 18-1. I have had an 18-1 for a couple of years now, I wish I had bought it earlier. Since then I've added a Rinehart turkey, and I plan to add a deer and a pig too from them.
I've never seen a Block target last for very long, especially if you shoot broadheads at it.
