PM sent back.... Not sure what you wanna spend but check out south shore archery supply and you can build arrows exactly how you want and have them shipped to you. He is also very helpful over the phone and can talk to you about different options for what you want.

What you described as a setup and desired result, I second FMJs. Elite Judge, slightly over 60lbs and 29" shooting 400's, 10.2gpi, @252fps, yes they are slow compared to advertised specs, but the KE is ready for Africa.

I second this. I buy all my arrows from Jerry. He does excellent work.

Me personally, I would go with the Gold Tip XT Hunters all day long. Cheaper than almost every shaft on the market, just as durable as most and you can find them from $70 per dozen for shafts, nocks and inserts and fletched arrows for less than $100 per dozen. Nothng wrong with them and they shoot better (.003) than 99.99% of us can. Really do not see the need to spend $125 to $150 for a dozen arrows, but that is my choice and not knocking others that like the higher dollar shafts. Shoot what works for you.

Same here I shoot gt kinetic .006 and cut both ends. Can't tell the difference from my .001. You can get the shafts for 69 up to 300 spine and 89 for 200 spine. Only problem with them is the inserts

If you have to buy online, check huntersfriend.com. They have a great choice of arrows and you can set them up as you wish, from bare shafts to complete sticks. They also have a lot of great info on arrows and arrow selection.
