Sounds like your center shot is way inside. You will probably be moving your rest out some and that should take care of most of it. If not, then it is time for some shims.
Center on that bow is about 13/16 to 11/16 if your inside that its likely that you need to reset to one of the settings above and adjust your yoke to tune not the rest. I have shot all the hoyt elites think this is your best bet.
I understand why some believe that spine can cause this type of issue. But I have a very short draw 27 and change. I can tune and shoot anything from a GT xcutter (250 spine), GT 22 (300), Eagle magnum (350) all the way to a CXL150 (500). All cut to 27 inches all with 100 grain points and x2 vanes. Bullet hole in paper bare shaft to at least 15 yrd since I am to lazy to move back any further. And I don't compete in bare shaft events All from the same bow at 60lbs, not saying its impossible but not likely. Another thing I just though of is a possible bent axle or damage to the bow.
re-set center shot to factory advised setting and move your sight back to the center. hang a string vertical from your target and fire a fletched arrow @ 5 ft. adjust the sight until the arrow hits the string. once you good step back to 20 and fire the same arrow, this time only making adjustments to the rest to tune center shot.
