Duck Call Question!

Okay guys, this will be my third season duck hunting and I get more and more addicted with every bird I see commit to my spread. I'm looking to buy a new duck call (maybe a couple) and couldn't think of a better place to ask what the best duck call you guys have used. Price isn't really an issue becuase I'm willing to pay for a really good duck call. Just don't want to spend a whole lot of money on one and not like it/ it not sound as good as expected. I already have a few duck commander calls and have used quackhead, buck gardner, and primos calls. So let's hear it guys!

Rich-n-Tone gets my vote: daisy cutter, MVP and origial are what I have and really like. I also have a few custom calls that I use.

Myself though i use wild wings calls. He makes custom calls very affordable as well. You can get stuff engraved or whatever. Mike is a really good guy and can get you exactly what your looking for!!

Both Haydels red leg and red leg dirty rice are awesome. Also the old tan duck commander think its a reacher. RNT is just a overpriced call that doesn't sound all that great. Personally Foiles makes a way better call than RNT if you can afford them.

I like Echo n Fowl language, but i"m people not a duck so what do I know. Be on the X and don't overcall and they all make you sound good. Be where they don't wanna be and Phil and Jim Ronquist won't get em in the hole. But heck I've only been at it for 25 years so what do I know...

I never liked the sound of my RNT original. I did like my Commander In Chief and also an HS Diamondwood.

Rnt Short Barrel and Daisy Cutter are great calls. I also like the Hobo Prime Meat. Although it is a cheap call, Haydel's DR85 is a great little call that I use as much as my short barrel. Check it out if you haven't already.

I'm a very big fan of Betts Calls. I grew up in Arkansas hunting all over the state and Wayne Betts was a name we all knew. They're hand made in Rogers, Arkansas and are priced right for the quality and sound you get out of them. He finally put a web page up which I'm glad about but it's definitely a work in progress that doesn't have all the calls he has to offer. I know there's a ton of call makers out there but I can attest to these being one of the best in the business.
