    Tough Decision.

I'm not a huge fan of the Carbon Express line. I've neer had good luck with them and neither have some of my friends who use them.

On the other hand there are issues with the VAP's but Victory says they worked out those issues. I actually have some in the mail right now, and a friend of mine has used them for a season, going on 2 and loves them. No problems

like the vap's but don' like their insert as they can be prone to bend. you can however order firenock outserts for the vap and it's a much more robust design. i shoot them on black eagle deep impacts which is a similar arrow to the vap. one thing is for sure the micro-diameter arrows are less likely to drift in a cross wind and hit like a ten ton hammer.

Yes I love hard hitting arrows. Because that means better odds on a shot that if off a little. And because I'm a newbie that is better. And less wind drift is awesome as well

Micro Diameter shafts also have less surface area which equals less friction, "deep impact" if you will.
