I use NAP Quickfletch. All you have to do is boil water, clean shafts, drink beer {(only when waiting on water to boil) and make sure you watch your pot it takes longer that way and you can get more beers in), slide product on shaft adjust depth, dunk and spin the shafts in the boiling water let cool and your done.

Clean shafts, clamp vanes to first shaft, drink beer for 10 minutes while it cures. Repeat. A dozen shafts gets you a good 2 hours of drinkin' time
