I'm having some issues with getting my 100 gr Slick Trick Magnums to shot the same as my field tips. They are consistently hitting about 4" right of the field tips. I do have some 100 gr Grim Reapers and they hit dead on but I really want to go with the Slick Tricks. I don't want to have to adjusts sight just to have the Slick Tricks dead on, or do most people do this? It's going to get to me mentally if I know the are not dead on when I go hunting with them. Any suggestions? Or any other fixed broadhead that will hit more accurately to my field tips out there? Thanks

Slick Trick Magnums shooting right...

When I have had this problem, more time than not it's been that the broadhead is not mounting up square at the insert. I just bought an arrow squaring device this year and it really helped. I did find though that making sure that the area of the bh that mates to the insert can build up some dirt that caused mine to shoot off some. Just a little wobbel when spin testing can make a difference.

If you have access to 2 coffee mugs, spin test your arrows and make sure they're square.
If they are then you're good, just bump your REST in the direction you want your BH's to go.....In your case left. They will eventually hit the same POI as your FP's.
That should fix you up, then maybe you will bump your sight with the gang adjustment.
Do that and report your findings...

Your slick tricks are good broadheads for one simple reason, they have a steel ferrul. They should spin true and if they don't then it's probably the aluminum insert that's not square to your broadhead....in that case a G5 squaring device is a useful tool to square up the edge of the insert.

right on broadhead is most often weak spine. turn down the poundage and re-shoot . . . . take 30 seconds and can be fixed in 30 seconds
