Gore-tex version of whatever fits you best and is comfortable to walk in. 400 grams of Thinsulate would be good. More than that would likely get too hot while you're walking. Sweaty, wet feet get cold.
^^ Start with this and wear polypropylene sock liners under a medium weight wool sock. Your feet will be dry warm and happy.
