Slick tricks fly like field points!

Shot a doe in Kansas last yr with 100 gr mag. Only made it 40 yds with a blood trail like I have never seen.

Rubo - what is your setup? I've had hell with Muzzy 100's and MX-3s being way off from my field points. I've shot Rage in the past with good accuracy/consistancy, but dont like the blades coming loose randomly and don't like the price and fragility of the head. After reading this thread, I got some ST Standard 100s and will try them soon. I shoot a Mission Craze @ 28", 50#, so not a lot of speed. I liked the damage of the Rage 2 blade, hopefully the STs will do me right.

Slick tricks are great broadhead a for same whole accuracy, but loose that accuracy at longer distances. I'll shoot slick tricks all day at 20 and 30 but further than that they drift

The muzzy's take alot of work to get them to fly like field points. I am also a slick trick shooter.

No pic, but Jerry set me up and tuned mine also with 100 gr Mags. Results are the same. Jerry does GREAT work.
