has anyone bought their kiddo a diamond atomic youth bow? they start at a 12'' draw and go way up. I think it also starts with a 6# draw weight. Seems to be a pretty sweet bow for a lil dude, but they are $200 all day long. My boy saw one at the bowtech shop last week and fell in love. I told him I would check it out and we would talk come birthday time. Any comments out there, good or bad.

Kooter, I they are pretty much the same bow, but I think the older has split limbs and the newer has a single piece limb. I love it that the thing is so adjustable. We are going to cabelas in allen today and i'm gonna see if they will let him shoot one. If not, I will go to canton to see it they will.

My 7 year old with his atomic. He "needed" a release and a peep cause I use one so he got those and I had him some ics jr's cut for his birthday he got a new sight.
The adjustments on it are a pretty wide range and they are easy to do yourself at home with no press being that the bow is so small. If your on the fence about getting one for your kiddo I say go for it.

Get that kiddo setup and get ready for the time of ur life u will not be able to wipe the smile off ur face or his once he starts hitting the bullseye. I suggest u get him on some 3d targets to that is what really keeps mine going back. And always fun to shoot water balloons in the backyard with some game getter Bh, enjoy the memories.
