Tru fire edge hybrid foldback. Best release I've ever used. About 80 bucks and worth every penny.

I got a smoking deal on a Tru Ball assassin.

Of all the releases I tried, I liked it best. So happens a really nice guy on here had one NIB for a smoking deal.

If I hadn't have gotten it, the Scott Shark was next on the list. But honestly, I'm so green to bowhunting my opinion and .25 isn't worth a quarter

I honestly believe this is the ultimate hunter's release for bows with string loops. Caliper releases chew up string loops without fail in my experience. With the Carter Quickie your loop will outlast your string! Single jaw types can "Click" at the worst possible moments. Great releases. I've had them. They just don't quite make perfect in my book because of that "oops click". The Carter Quickie with the buckle strap (I hate velcro straps for hunting!) is completely quiet to hook up and incredibly gentle on string loops.

I've been using the Carter Quickie for 6 years now. Very durable and reliable!
