Ross bow? Need opinion on them.

My buddy has a trade in the making and asked me if A Ross bow is any good?
I've never had or dealt with them so I'm asking the brain trust.
What do y'all think?
He's trading a like new 10/22 for this bow that was bought in 09' from a bow shop.
Good trade or keep looking?

Guy I used to work with had one he really liked, but personally I've never shot one. Seems like a decent trade....

That's what I was thinking but called a shop and they didn't recommend it.
Sadi Ross went out of business then sold to Bowtech for one year then they sold it back to the original owner.
They said parts are hard to come by and you don't know who to go to for them if they were ever needed.
