I have never had an issue with them! Killed 5 deer and 3 pigs with no problem! Makes one hell of a blood trail if you have to follow one. They usually don't go far. I will say it is a one and done kind of broadhead. You kill one animal and they are spent. Never had broken blades though like the others have said.

Sorry I never answered, I spined her with the first shot, she broke the arrow off. The arrow you see is the coup de grace after she was lying down and trying to get up, I was also in a tree. Makes sense if you think about it.

If youve shot many deer from a tree you know why the arrows went were they did and the angles all make sense.

The deer would have to been standing on top of a hole in the ground with the bowhunter inside of it. I geuss its possible.

I've got nothing bad to say about the 100 grain Spitfire Maxx.
Good I just made the switch myself to NAP.

I just bought NAP Killzone this year, and shot 2 deer with them. First deer, I hit shoulder and the killzone got ZERO penetration, no blood or anything. Deer was spotted later that night feeding back at same feeder. Broke my arrow, looked like I hit a brick wall with it. Next morning shot a doe quartering away. Full deployment, pass through (thank you Easton FMJ arrows) and the broadhead bent when it stuck in the ground. Had to trash it, but Doe was 20 yards away, good blood trail in the rain.

So what do I think? I just bought a pack of Slick Trick Standards. If I hit bone I want to punch through it. I don't aim for bone, but if it happens I don't like injured deer feeding Coyotes. I feel if I don't have a perfect shot on a deer, the Killzones won't work.

So fat I have killed 2 kansas bucks and one tx buck with the killzones. I personally love them. But I also love the rages.

The killzone to me is like an improved rage. No orings and a better locking system for the blades. That was my only problem with the rage blades flopping loose. That doesn't happen with the killzones.

Wow wasn't expecting bad reviews on this head! They are by far the best broadhead I've ever shot! In my opinion they are an improved rage. I shot a buck with them last year at 20 yards, cut clean through two ribs on each side, sounded like I shot a tree, got a complete pass through, broadhead was perfectly fine and the buck died withing 30 yards. Shot another buck at 15 yards and hit him a little far back, got a pass through, broadhead was fine, and he died at 150 yards. Shot a doe in the shoulder at 50 yards, almost cut her heart in half, broadhead was fine, she made it 30 yards, shot numerous hogs behind the shoulder and got pass throughs everytime and broadheads never broke. Shot two hogs with one shot with one, blew through the first and stuck in the second, broadhead was fine and both fell within 20 yards. I used each broadhead on 3-4 animals each without sharpening and always got pass throughs. Search my name and you can find videos of most of these kills. Needless to say I will be using them this year starting tomorrow!
