    Whisker Bisquit Sure Shot Pro

I replaced the Quick Shot WB that came on my bow with the WB Sure Shot Pro Medium Hole. My old one was worn out so bad at the bottom that it was oval shaped.

The Sure Shot Pro has micro windage and elevation adjustment screws to get fine adjustments. Two adjustments and I'm shooting better groups, compared to what I was shooting with the basic WB Quick shot. At $85.00, it's worth it.

On the basic i always cut small hash marks on the windage part before installing so i can keep up when i tune.

Im a wb fan for life. And moved up to the pro myself last month. But at 85 bux you must have bought it at gander or a bow shop... 70-75 is what i bought mine for last month....

Either way you will enjoy it!

I've been through more than 10 rests over the years and I have a WB on my Z7 Extreme. Had a cord pull out of a QAD and a failure on a code red Ripcord. I'm shooting that new rubber coated co-polymer Power Shot.

I bought the camoflage WB at Academy in Victoria. It was $5.00 higher than the black one, but I'm happy

Yes sir Doug and i were talking about the wb yesterday. He likes the drop aways... But I'm with you. K.I.S.S. Keeping it simple.

The less moving parts for me the better.

It can still fail. Seen it happen on night n hale last night. It was the second time it happened to David Hale. Arrow dug down in the whiskers and he didnt notice it. Till it was too late.

Nope, user error he did something to make it go into the whiskers. I tried to make it stay in the whiskers when I drew it pops right back up. The only time I have ever seen it fail was a guy using a bowfishing arrow with the regular hunting rest and that also was user error.

Ive shot all the top drop aways had good results but i wanted simplicity so this year i went back to the wb myself, ive probably shot 1/2 to an inch better groups @ 25 yards with drop aways i just got tired of always worrying about one messing up and i had failures i shot a bisquit for 7 years before switching to drop aways as i get older i want to keep it simple

Hmmm... I didn't see that... I've never had mine fail... I wonder what happened for the arrow to fall into whiskers??

Ive pushed an arrow or two into the whiskers before (usually resting the bow wrong with an arrow nocked) but they have always popped right back up.

                      What happened?

That is a user error no doubt. They are still a good rest that will get the job done. I just moved on from there.
