Can anyone tell me how to get in contact with Korbins to get some info to order? Got an answer at the number from the website (Was told bad number) then emailed, and got (210-859-5285) sent back to me. Bad number also. Who do I need to ask for when I call? I dont have enough post to PM anyone, or start my own thread... :/

By the way, thanks for all the good info over the past few years while I was lurking. Glad to finally join

        No pics? Didn't happen.

I am interested in seeing the strings you got. Not a pink launcher arm!

Zebra Strings are trash. I have ordered a few sets for customers and have had to return them because they were not served correctly.
Korben makes a great product and stands behind his work.
Schmidty Specialty Strings are also great strings and they too stand behind there work.
Winners choice, Americas Best Bowstrings are also good.
99.99% of strings made are made with the same BCY string. some use a different blend and different serving. Halo serving is the most expensive. usually have to ask for that.

Go to the home page here on TBH and look on the right side and you will see all the sponsors. When you click on Korbins it will take you to their website. Once you are there you will see the link that will take you to their new website. Hope this helps you.

I have put korbins on two of my bows and I have been very happy with both. I am also not a big fan of zebras mine seemed to wear out very fast.

Just had a Winners Choice put on my Diamond Black Ice. Heard they are very good. We'll see.

When I was trying to get into archery (before I found TBH) I stopped by after work one day to ask about bows. I had been saving up for a bow and I was shocked when I was treated like crap. I believe it was because I wasn’t planning on dropping a bunch of cash that day. No one wanted to help me or answer questions and I was the only customer in there. They were very intimidating and Archery Country is the reason that I didn’t get into bow hunting sooner. It was over a year later (closer to 2 years) before I felt comfortable going into another bow shop and that’s only because I made another TBH’er (snipehunter) go with me. I hadn’t had my bow very long but thank God for Double G. They were more than willing to help and I hadnt even purchased anything from them!. Paul and Marjo have always treated me right and helped and never acted like I was an idiot for asking a stupid question (I’m sure I’ve asked plenty). I would never recommend AC to anyone especially a woman. I am not the only one that has been treated that way. I met a lady last year that went in there with her Diamond Razor Edge asking for help and she said she was treated in a similar way and they talked a lot of **** about her bow. She had only been shooting a few months. That is not the way you treat a woman or anyone, especially someone that is new to the sport and looking for help. Like me she was also leery of going to another shop for help.

Paul and Marjo have stayed late a few times to help me out.

Zebra strings aren't that bad. I believe they have made improvements to their quality. I haven't had any problems with any that I've had over the years.
