I will wait for some serious reviews before I would buy it. I seen way to much junk from Wild Game innovations to give them my money. I see the price is only $115.00 at Cabela's, I'll bet this feeder will have problems and it only holds fifty pounds so you better live close to keep it full.

        How does it work?

I saw the augor inside but is it timed, self feed, or does it just feed when the wind blows it?

I do agree with gonehuntin68 though.. most the time if it says WGI you might as well take your money and toss it into the air here in west texas... and let a midget kick you in the sack at the same time....

It has a digital timer just like the ones they use in their other feeders.
Here is a link to cabelas and the feeder if you want to see it.

Thanks for the link I just found this: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xs3fjnNtIy4"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xs3fjnNtIy4[/ame]

The guy opens the lid and there you see ALL PLASTIC PARTS... The lid and hanger are metal... the Rest, all Gears, housing, barrel, and auger are plastic... Gimmicky

Its a good Idea... but this one wont last. and it has WGI's Crappy timer unit on it.. Gonna pass until I see one that will last for a while.

Squirrels and coons will wreak havoc on that unit.

Great idea to add near a corn feeder area to give the deer a little something sweet once a day. May be just the edge to help keep routine visitors. I would think that you would have to be set on like 1-2 seconds a day max to make it last a month.

I still won't buy it though. I owned a couple WGI products in the last 10 years and they just haven't help up.

You got that right. Buy something that's built to last not something that is built to get your money and then break.

i'm going to agree, I refuse to buy Wildgame stuff. It's all cheaply made and priced too high for the quality. You can spend a bit more and get much more in my opinion.

Somebody else has had an auger feeder on market for a couple of years that is made a heck of a lot better. Cant remember who makes it.
