I will say the reaper. I wanted to see what one could do before the coming season so I used it on a hog. You can see the aftermath on my thread Boar vs Grim Reaper.

Here's an exit wound picture from a buck I shot this past season. The broadhead was a grim reaper whitetail special. Shot was at 18yrds from an elevated stand.

As you can see this shot was not a good one, it was a liver shot. I'm clearly not bragging on my shot placement but rather using this to make a point. With a perfect shot any broadhead will do the job but what I want is a broadhead that helps when I make a mistake. Like this shot. Everything looked perfect until I touched the release and he step and turned a little. The result was a liver shot with a massive amount of blood. He ran about 20yrd from the shot and dropped in his tracks. Watched him expire.

I'm a believer of the schwacker. Thats what i use..no complaints at all.
Split a does heart in two last year.. ran about 30 years painting the woods.. didn't have enough blood left in her to collect for the tracking dog training..

Seen the reapers carnage too... they do the job as well.

If your shooting 55 lbs of draw weight. How much energy are you producing?

            Speed?
            Arrow Weight?

Swhacker... Open so fast you can hear them Swack.

IMO... It doesn't matter what blade you shoot, what bow you have... It's you. You put a good shot on an animal your gonna hear the impact and watch em drop.

Your speed is going to be around 245-255 fps with your setup. Arrow weight with tip included is around 402 grains +or -. That would put your KE at 55.80 ft lbs and is boarder line for using a grim reaper broadhead. Just stay with the 1 3/8 cut it requires less energy to open.
