Shout out to Spot Hogg CS

Bought a used Fast Eddie to try out (multi pin moveable vs single pin moveable I have been shooting)

Get it in and mount it and has a terrible "buzz" that I finally narrow down to the head.
Do a search and find a thread on AT about a similar issue and post that I am going to try this on mine.
Get a reply from an employee of Spot Hogg with instructions on how to fix my issue and says if that does not fix it to send it in for warranty repair with only the cost of shipping.

I make sure he understands it was bought used and probably not covered.
He replies "we will take care of you"

After following the steps he gave me my problem was resolved, no need to send it in.
But I thought that was a great gesture to offer to warranty something that I did not buy new

they are a great company . I bent my fast Eddie XL bar still not sure how it happened but either way it was my fault . I called them to buy a new bar and they sent me one free of charge! Customer for life
