Stand shooting question

If this has been posted before I apologize but, does anyone know of a website or book that covers the effects on arrow flight when shooting from an elevated stand? Thanks in advance.

Look at this website. They have a very nice calculator.
He is working on a Droid app for the calculator but have not heard how it is coming.
