    QAD Exodus Broadheads

Anyone tried these yet? I'm not a fixed blade fan but really like the look and explanation of these heads. Hopefully I can try them out on a piggie or two real soon.

Looks like a cool design, but I haven't tried them.

Similar to an old Chuck Adams broadhead from back in the day called a Chuck It.

Isnt it also a barbed design??? Are we allowed to use em in Texas now? Well i guess on a hog the non barbed rule may not apply.

After 11 years and ZERO failures with a Grim Reaper you could say I'm hooked!

I know the Exodus is available in a full and swept blade. Not to sure if that would be considered barbed or not.

Ive heard of a lot of people losing deer with the Whitetail specials but who knows could be bad shot or not shooting enough energy. I bought a pack tho and they look nasty

Honestly for hogs I would use a Razor Trick, Steel Force Phat Head, or a Magnus Stinger. File sharpened Zwickeys to me are the best choice but not everyone want to go thru the trouble of mounting them and sharpening them.

Edit: You may really wanna take a look at a Smoke Ramcat.

Nothing in the regulation book is said about "barbed points"

The exodus has 2 models Barbed and nonbarbed

I do not use them, but I have sold them and have had pictures and great stories brought back to me.

There was for years unless they changed it.

Just checked. It sure does not specify it now.

Man, I sure like the looks of that head. Looks incredibly strong, for sure. Wonder if they'll get into the four blade design for that head. Haven't decided if I'm sticking with Slicks for hogs or not. This might be a good head to try out.

Love the quote on their site..."ours actually shoots like a field point because it is the length of a field point". So THAT'S why fixed heads don't always fly like field tips. About time they shared that with the archery world.

I will gladly take those Whitetail Specials off yall's hands! They do not work worth a darn I'm a newbie here so not sure what the Rage incident was but I dont see a fair comparrison between the GR & Rage. O-ring vs Spring. Spring wins hands down IMO.

Just shot my first group with the Exodus and gotta say I'm impressed Not as tight a group as I'm used to but passed my test with flying colors.
