Arrow spine ?

I recently got a mathews v3x 29 I have a 29in D/L shooting 60pounds what arrow spine should I be shooting ?

What are you planning to do on the front of the arrow? Heavier insert? 100 grain BH?

100 grain BH

300 spine. Run 100-150gr BH/insert combos.

At 60 pounds you'd be safe at 350 too. All depends on what you want. The heavier the spine the heavier the arrow but heavier also allows you to load the front end as mentioned above.
