    All around hunting arrow

What do yall think ideal weight should be? I know it depends on different things. Just curious. Shooting whitetails and hogs. Thanks

I would generally look for anything in NA to be between 6 or 7 grains per pound of pull. for bigger, i would go heavier. I personall shoot 8 gpi for a total arrow weight of 560 grains shooting 70 #'s. Very forgiving and accurate arrow and the bow is as quiet as a mouse with that type of arrow weight.

Its hard for me to get too heavy cause of my dl and i shoot 62-65#. Im a 27in draw. Either have to go long on arrow or overspined and shoot 125gr head. I can get to the 400-420 i think

I'll shoot around 365 grains on whitetails and 500+ on hogs.

I have no problem blastin a Grizz Trick thru deer with 365 grains. Hogs, not so much. I shoot heavy with a cut on impact head. And i only shoot 56 pounds anymore. 28 inch draw.

^^^this..........375 grains incl a 100 gr head. 29" D.L. set @ 62# works for me, but I haven't shot any big, thick hogs either.
