I hunt mostly East Texas so terrain is not rough,but sometimes muddy.I like the idea of a quiet electric motor,but wonder if it can handle muddy bottom lands? How many seasons can I expect new batteries to last? Or am I better off trying to find something more powerful like a good used UTV? Any suggestions or advice I need to consider as I start looking around?

You wont be happy with the golf cart at all. I have one and I was very disappointed with its performance at my lease. I do have a samurai in the classifides that I can make you a deal on though. -
I have a 48volt club car golf cart with sveral upgrades. Basically I have a 2wd bad boy buggy for 1/3 the cost. Works great for me but I'm not in muddy areas, I don't think you'd be happy with a cart in muddy bottoms.Comment
