Not sure what you are asking, all arms should hit the shaft when you close the jig though. If you give some more info, myself or another member should be able to help.
I like my mini and 99% sure you can interchange the other arms with it
What I am trying to say is several times the arms have not all hit the shaft simoultaneoisly causing the vanes to not be aligned correctly. I watched a youtube video that says to close the jig slowly as to align all the arms up. I've also just slammed them closed. Maybe it,has something to do with the nock being aligned and seated correctly in the jig?

I filled in the slot on the bottom a bit with glue then after it solidified, cleaned it out a bit but just enough for the vane to get pinched so it would not move as you have been experiencing

I don't pay much attention to when they hit. I close it and put the cap on and check to make sure none of the vanes creeped up in the slot and let it set about 4-5min and start the next one
