    Need Some Ideas - Arrows

First time bow owner. My wife got me a Diamond Outlaw for Christmas. They set it up for me at Cabelas, but we did not get arrows at the time. I need some help in deciding what to get.

Speed is good, but I want dead animals more than super sonic speed. The bow is set to 65 pounds right now. After reading on here about the slick tricks, I will probably go with those for broadheads.

What arrows should I be looking at.

    What's your draw length?

I guess they did not tell me that. They had me draw it to lock and adjusted it, then had me try again. They said it was right, but they did not tell me the draw length.

Head up to a bow shop and get everything checked out. Most of the time they can do alot more for you than Cabelas guys. They will find your length and can build your arrows for ya right there.

I shoot Carbon Express Maxima 350s and love em.

          K. Well unless you have baby arms..... You can shoot a Gold Tip 7595 or a carbon express 350.

I shoot the gold tips but I'm really wanting to try out the new victory arrows!

I have really liked the Easton Axis arrows. Before that, I had Easton Excels and before that with a "Cabelas setup" I used their Stalker arrows.

Carbon Express would be the arrow for me. Depending on your DL, that will determine which arrow spine.

Lots of good arrows out there....

I shoot the Carbon Express because I went with something new when I got a new bow. The weight forward design is pretty nice... tighter groups is a good thing.

Really like the Gold Tips and have taken a bunch of game with the older ones.

Beman ICS camo hunters, solid arrow at a good price IMO.

Skinny arrows are what really punch holes in animals of both persuasions...flesh or foam...
I shoot Beman MFXs and am thinking about trying a dozen of GoldTip Kinetic XTs...
