I'm in the same boat...my peep makes it tough to see a clear picture of the target cause my vision is not perfect and I can't shoot with glasses on (tried it, just another thing to worry about when trying to shoot accurately)...I get a little flustered when the fuzzy peep is in the way of my sight, then working through that to concentrate on the pins...I put a string splitter on and drew back and it did the same thing...thinkin' about goin' peepless too..I know my kisser and knuckle anchor points are pretty consistant so I'm gonna give it a try...it's good to hear from those who are peepless that really think it can work...

I shoot without a peep. Tried it once when i got new bow and didnt wanna wait on gettn peep in. Went back to peep for awhile. Eyesight is bad, so i took it off and put kisser button(thanks super d) & i use bottom knot where peep was served in as anchor points. I look down look down riser side of string(im a righty). Works for me. Wont go back to peep.

so as an example if your shooting single pin you simply slide to the new yardage and center the pin on the target as a whole?

You will have to move your pins to sight in your bow, not to simply see them. The reason the string blocked the pins when you tried was due to your being used to taking your eye behind the string to look through the peep.

You shouldn't have to move your rest. If your bow is tuned you will only move sights
