    Vapor Trail question

I recieved a new string from Vapor Trail at the end of August, and it is already dangerously worn in a couple spots. Does anyone on here know the owners or someone from Vapor Trail I could contact via TBH?
Any help is appreciated. I know several string companies that will replace strings in this situation, or figure a way to make things right. We will see if I become a repeat customer

what is wearing the string out? If it is an equipment issue then i am not sure they will replace them. i bet they have a web site and email if you googled them.

Same issue here too. They wanted me to take the strings off and send it to them so they could re-serve them and then I could have them put back on. I just had the proshop do it.

Why don't you just call them directly? Their number is 800-310-8110. Several times when I have called, their President, Jarrod Fondie, has been the one who answered the phone.

                Their website is www.vaportrailarchery.com.

I am a big fan of Vapor Trail, having bought strings from them many times for several different bows over the years. Always had great customer service, including once with a problem similar to what you are having. A fairly new Vapor Trail string on my son's bow began to separate where it has to bend sharply on the cam; VT re-served it at no cost and it has been fine ever since.

They are all at the Mathews show in Wisconsin for a couple days but will get you taken care of. Customer service is their gig-

                  Call them late this week.
