    G5 broadhead

Does anyone have an opinion good or bad on the T3 expandable???

    #2
I have had excellent performance with the t3.

shot a half a dozen animals with them and not a single one has made it more then 70 yards. I've had a few high hits that didn't bleed very much but still dead on the run.

My big deer this year I embedded the broadhead into the offside leg and clipped the heart the deer was dead in a couple of seconds. Huge fan of the t3 it's my preferred broadhead

I've killed a doe and a nice eight point buck this year with the T3. Used the same broadhead on both. Good blood trail and both were deead within 40 yards with complete pass thru's.

They are tough blades. Haven't bought replacement blades yet. Just sharpened it and it's good to go another round. Replacement blades are around $20.00 dollars at Cabelas.

I killed a spike with one and it opend him up good. I shot him quartering away hard, and it broke the ferrall on the head. I think it hit his sternum and broke at the base of the BH and tip of arrow. Was pleased with the damage, but not with the strength.

Midway has a replacement kit that gives you some blades, washers, and spider clips for around 20 I think.

I buried one in the off side leg. When the deer ran it snapped the arrow off on its ribs. The broadhead was still in great condition. I think they are as durable as any other broadhead. I've had slick trick bent to heck when shooting them into a lot of bone
