Carbon Express Spine?

I'm about to buy Carbon Express Blue Streak arrows for my Heli-M and I am wondering what arrow size and spine I should be shooting? Choice between a 250 and 350. I'm guessing I want to go with the .347 spine as well?

Gonna be 65 to 70 lbs.

My draw length is 29" but shoot a 60# destroyer and I use 250's

I would go with 350's too.

Now being that short of a draw you may can go 250's.
