muzzy vs slick trick

LMFAO!!!!! Lets take a poll n how many have switched from muzzy to slick trick vs slick trick to muzzy. I think Slick Trick will win that battle!!! Muzzy is a good head but Slick Trick is an AWESOME head

^^^ I used to shoot muzzy's and probably still would if i could get them to fly well out of my bow, I changed to slick tricks and they fly better than the muzzy's did... out of my bow

Would not be too quick to blame a Muzzy if the flight ain't perfect, since they do seem to fly fine through others' set ups. Might be a slight tuning issue with the bow, more easily than one 'head being superior to another...I had several bows that seemed to plant broadheads differently than field points. Time, and my infinity set up by Crackers, has proven to me that when the bow is set up correctly, you can plug in just about any quality broadhead and get consistent flight characteristics. What they do once they hit flesh and bone however, becomes the true test of a broadhead's worth.

I switched from Muzzy to Slick Tricks a few years ago and it wasn't because of Muzzy's performance. It was because I was transitioning from big fat aluminum arrows with 4" feathers to skinny carbon arrows with 2" Blazers and after reading all the rave reviews of the Slick Trick I decided to give the Slick Tricks a try with my new arrows. Since I was (at the time) worried about the stabilizing ability of a 2" vane I wanted to try the broadhead that everyone was saying "flew just like a field point" and after the first season successes I was hooked on the Tricks. That being said, I would not hesitate on using Muzzys, they were great for me when I used them and are indeed a proven, excellent broadhead.
