Arrow saws

I have an opportunity to pick up a slightly used arrow saw. Guy bought it cut 6 arrows and decided he would rather have a shop do it for him. It is a 5000 rpm saw. I will be using it to cut my FMJ's. Would this be alright or should I get an 8000 rpm saw?

That would do a good job that's what I have and also have FMJ!

Thanks, just did not want to buy this to have to buy another one later. Guess it would do fine for all carbon as well?

^^^yes it will cut carbon arrows just fine as well as fjm's

My old Apple is 20 years old and 5000 RPMs. I never even thought to ask. It cuts carbon just as well as it did my aluminums.
