Just ordered a new Firststring Flightwire Bowstring set

Just ordered a new Firststring Flightwire bowstring set for my Bear Instinct. Has anyone ever used/ordered one before? Pros/Cons. I picked it up for $45 to my door new in the package. I thought it was a great deal considering they go for around $100.

What are your thoughts on the string? I know I'm going to have to install my peep/silencers. I'm just wondering about the string itself.

    Thanks,

    ~Michael

No one has used Firststring before? I'm not going to change it out until seasons end because I don't want to mess with her. She shoots great but still has the original factory one on her now.

I shoot firststrings on my Hoyt Alphaelite for 3D competition and have no problems whatsoever. Get your timing set. Shoot 200-300 shots and check timing again. And it will stay that way. Fairly new string on the market that is made by a Pro shooter

I have used them on my target bows and like them.

I actually just got one put on my Bear Game Over the first week of September. I got it at Academy and so far it is holding up great. I shoot at least once a week (sometimes twice) and have put more than a thousand shots so far. No problems what so ever. Only thing is to check your nocking point and peep placement after the first 200 shots. Mine moved slightly not a lot.. I readjusted and it's been dead on since. So for the price I say you can't beat that deal. I got mine for around the same price as you. Good luck!!!

Good deal! I do my own set-ups so it looks like for a little while anyway I'll be busy. Thanks for the input guys! I was hoping I didn't shoot myself in the foot.
